I'm Wayne Lacey. I buy and hold, and I fix and flip properties. I buy cash deals and own several small construction businesses as a general contractor. For realtors, I keep inventory ready so I can pause a flip and get a house market-ready fast for sale or purchase.

In addition, I own a mold mitigation company that handles full basement gut renovations, waterproofing, and structural repair, plus a concrete company that can pour, build with block, and finish with brick or stucco. All of our work is on display in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
